Headway South Bucks has a team of trustees who make overarching decisions about the direction of the charity, whilst the day to day running of our resource centre is managed by our staff team.

Lesley De Haan
Resource Coordinator
Responsible for the day to day running of the Resource Centre. Lesley is responsible for planning and running our activities programme.

Sharon Smith
Services Manager
Responsible for all HSB client and carers activities, managing staff and volunteer teams. Liaising and interacting with external organisations to increase awareness of and involvement with HSB. Sharon is the first point of contact for new clients and their carers.

Resource Coordinator
